Different Methods of Baking without an Oven

Stove tops, pressure cookers, slow cookers, and many more options are available, which you can use to bake instead of ovens. Let’s look at these options one by one.

1. Microwave Baking

You can conveniently bake mug cakes using microwave devices/ovens. You can even add brownies, pizzas, and different types of bread to the list of items that can be baked using this method. But you need to ensure that you use microwave-safe trays and pans. Some may feel that microwave cooking is not a very healthy option, but then, you are not going to bake things every day. So, for occasional baking, especially when your normal oven is not functioning properly, microwave baking is a good alternative.

2. Slow Cookers

A slow cooker is a cooking appliance that cooks food slowly at a low temperature. Hence the name! Whereas, a pressure cooker is used to cook food pretty quickly. A slow cooker pot is similar to a baking tin. To bake cakes or other goodies, just utilize the heat from the cooker pot.

3. Pressure Cookers

You can bake delicious cheesecakes using pressure cookers. The maximum time that a pressure cooker takes to bake something is 30 minutes. You can even bake biscuits or cookies using these cookers. And, they ensure that you have both a comfortable and quick baking experience.
