Warm milk and bread compress-As crazy as this method may sound, it is proven to be effective in dislodging hair growing under the skin. Dip bread in hot milk and then press this bread piece on the affected area for a few moments. Repeat the process.This method has been found effective in opening the pores to let the trapped hair out.

Vinegar-Vinegar has a lot anti-bacterial properties and also naturally has properties that help in removal of dead skin. Soak the affected area with a mixture of equal quantities of warm water and vinegar. Even a cloth dipped in the same mixture, applied to the areas is as effective.

Aspirin-Aspirin contains salicylic acid, which helps in removal of the dead layer of the skin. Once the dead layer of the skin comes off, you might be able to just pull out the hair that is stuck underneath the skin.To apply aspirin, crush a few aspirins with a mortal and pestle and mix with honey and apply to the affected areas as a pack. Remove when dry. Repeat this procedure weekly once.

Egg membrane-The membrane of the egg can also help pull out ingrown hair. Pull out the membrane of the egg from inside the shell and apply to the affected area. Allow it to dry completely, till it sticks to your skin, and then remove. In most cases, the hair also comes off when you pull off the membrane.
