Natural products There are a lot of natural products that we use for our skin and hair. Oils like coconut oil and olive oil are best if kept in the refrigerator, as it can prevent them from going rancid. Some natural products like honey or aloe Vera are best kept at room temperature and will not go bad even if kept outside. Refrigeration doesn't mean that it will preserve the products.
Products which do not come with preservatives will not have a long shelf life even if kept in the fridge. If you do want to store your cosmetics in the refrigerator, make sure you store it in a separate one, away from all the food products, for sanitary and safety purposes.
