Have you ever craved for something sweet? Have you ever turned to a fruit to satisfy your sweet-tooth? Nah, that sounds uncool, right! But the amazing attribute about fruits is that they can be incorporated into literally ANYTHING! A pie, sorbet or a cocktail! Although in this post, I will be sharing smoothie recipes. They are healthy ways to curb hunger pangs, give you natural sugar aka energy highs and all that sans compromise on taste.

Smoothies are fun to make; there are plenty of options and most of all it is undemanding.

All you need is a blender, a couple of fresh fruits or veggies, and some creativity. Trying out different flavour combinations is also extremely relaxing.

Here are a few!

You could adjust the proportion of ingredients depending on your taste.
